We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, because many of our items are handcrafted or made with natural materials, slight variations may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable sales tax based on your shipping location.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options offered at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship both within the United States and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Carmel Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Once an item leaves our facility, it is out of our control, but we’re happy to help track your shipment if needed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.

Non-exchangeable items include:

Personalized or engraved pieces
Final sale items
Gift cards

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Please contact us before sending any item back.

6. Warranty

We offer a 90 days limited warranty on all jewelry against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us with photos and your order number.

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your personal information is used solely to process orders, improve your shopping experience, and communicate with you (if you've opted in).
We never sell or share your data without your explicit consent.
